Terms of Service

The rules for using syntaka, in plain words.

Version of Nov 2, 2026Versions

These terms are the rules for using syntaka: the app at app.syntaka.xyz, these docs, and syntaka.xyz. "syntaka", "we" and "us" mean the people who run syntaka. "You" means you.

Accepting these terms

  • By using syntaka, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • When you create an account, you confirm that you have read both.
  • If you don't accept them, don't use syntaka.

syntaka is a tool

syntaka is software for trading on Hyperliquid. With it you can:

  • read charts and use a trading terminal;
  • see traders ranked from their public Hyperliquid data, with each trader's style;
  • follow traders, and get price alerts and notifications;
  • send your own orders to Hyperliquid;
  • copy traders, with practice money or with real money.

syntaka is not an exchange, a broker, a bank or an adviser. Your orders are filled on Hyperliquid, not by syntaka. Your money stays in your own Hyperliquid account.

No licence, and no advice

  • syntaka isn't licensed or registered with any financial regulator.
  • We owe you no fiduciary or advisory duty: we don't act for you or manage your money, and we don't look after your interests in your trading decisions.

Everything syntaka shows you is information, not advice. That includes:

  • trader rankings and styles;
  • syntaka's picks and their "why we pick" lines;
  • copy-fit scores;
  • charts, figures, alerts and notifications.

Nothing on syntaka tells you what to buy or sell, or promises a profit. We don't know your situation. Make your own decisions, and ask a licensed professional if you need advice.

The data comes from Hyperliquid and can be late, incomplete or wrong.

Who may not use syntaka

You may use syntaka only if all of these are true:

  • you are 18 or older;
  • you don't live in, aren't located in, and (for a company) aren't incorporated in the United States or in Ontario, Canada;
  • you aren't in a country or region under sanctions or export controls, and you aren't a citizen or resident of one;
  • trading perpetual futures, and using Hyperliquid, is legal where you are.

Don't use a VPN, or give a false location, to get around these rules.

syntaka decides who may use it. We may refuse an account, or suspend one, if we think it breaks these rules.

Trading risk and your responsibility

Perpetual futures ("perps") are risky:

  • You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and you can lose it fast.
  • Leverage makes both gains and losses bigger.
  • If losses use up a position's margin, Hyperliquid liquidates it, and you lose that margin.
  • In a fast market, an order can fill at a worse price than you expect.
  • Open positions pay or receive funding.

You are responsible for every order you place and every copy you start. Before an order goes out, read it through once more: which coin, buy or sell, how much, at what price, how much leverage, and where your stops and limits sit.

  • Orders you place yourself wait for your confirmation. syntaka shows each one in words, with its fees, before you confirm.
  • A live copy places orders by itself, inside the limits you set, until you stop it. You don't confirm each of its orders.

Read Risks before you trade with real money.

Markets listed by others

Some markets on Hyperliquid (HIP-3 markets) are listed by third parties, not by Hyperliquid. syntaka shows them as Hyperliquid does, and doesn't review them, their prices or the people behind them. Trade them at your own risk.

Copy trading

A copy follows another trader's moves in your account, inside the limits you set.

  • Past results don't predict future ones. A trader who did well can lose, and so can your copy.
  • Your copy can differ from the trader. For example:
    • your order goes out after the trader's, so the price can be different;
    • some of the trader's trades are skipped;
    • your amount, your leverage cap and your stops change the sizes, or close positions;
    • syntaka's guards can pause a copy or skip an add, for example while the trader runs above 10× leverage, or when a market trades too little.
  • You choose whom to copy. You can stop a copy at any time.
  • The traders don't know you copy them. syntaka reads their public Hyperliquid data. They have no deal with syntaka or with you, and they owe you nothing.

Your money, your wallet and the trading key

  • Your money stays in your own account on the Hyperliquid blockchain. Neither syntaka nor any company controls it. You deposit and withdraw between your own wallet and that account.
  • To trade live, your wallet approves a trading key. syntaka makes this key for you on its server. Hyperliquid calls it an API wallet, or agent.
  • The trading key can trade, but it can never withdraw. It can place, change and cancel orders, and set leverage. It can't withdraw or move your money: on Hyperliquid, only your own wallet can sign that.
  • The key is kept encrypted on syntaka's server. It is never shown to you or sent to your browser.
  • The key works for 90 days. You renew it with one signature.
  • You can revoke it at any time, in syntaka (the Live trading section of Your wallet) or on Hyperliquid. Revoking stops new orders at once. It doesn't close your positions, and it doesn't cancel orders already resting on Hyperliquid.
  • Keep your wallet safe. Never share its seed phrase or private key. syntaka will never ask for them.

See Live trading.

Fees

  • syntaka's fee is 0.01% of the value of each live order that fills. It is the same for your own orders and your live copies: $0.10 on a $1,000 order.
  • If you joined through a friend's invite link, your fee is 0.005%, for as long as you use syntaka: $0.05 on a $1,000 order. See The invite program.
  • The fee is a Hyperliquid "builder fee". Your wallet approves it once, when you turn on live trading. Hyperliquid takes it when an order fills.
  • syntaka can't charge more than the rate your wallet approved. A higher rate would need your wallet's approval again.
  • Hyperliquid's own trading fees are separate. They go to Hyperliquid, not to syntaka.
  • You see both fees in dollars before you confirm a live order, and on each fill after it.
  • If syntaka's fee can't be charged (for example, your wallet's fee approval is gone), an order that only closes or reduces a position may go without it, so you are never stuck in a position. An order that could open or add to one is refused instead.
  • Practice trading and practice copies cost nothing.

See Fees.

The invite program

  • Your friends pay less. Someone who joins through your invite link pays 0.005% instead of 0.01%, for as long as they use syntaka.
  • You earn a share. You earn 20% of the syntaka fee your friends' live orders pay, once Hyperliquid's daily record confirms it. Trades between you and a friend, or with yourself, earn nothing.
  • Payouts. They haven't opened yet. What you earn is shown in Invite friends, and it is paid to your connected wallet once they do.
  • No promise. Earnings aren't guaranteed. syntaka may change the share, or change or end the program, for the future.
  • Abuse. Unpaid earnings are lost if the account is closed for abuse, for example fake accounts or trading with yourself.
  • The program has its own rules, which this section sums up. Its details are shown in Invite friends.

Your taxes

Your taxes are yours. You are responsible for reporting your trades, your gains and losses, and any invite earnings, and for paying any tax on them. syntaka doesn't give tax advice.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in safe: use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else, and an authenticator app. Live trading needs one.
  • You are responsible for what is done in your account.
  • Your account is yours alone. You can't sell it, give it or transfer it to someone else.
  • If you think someone else got into your account, end their session, change your password, and tell us. See Security.

Acceptable use

Don't use syntaka to:

  • break the law, manipulate a market, or deceive other people;
  • get into another person's account, or into syntaka's servers;
  • overload syntaka, scrape it in bulk, or get around its limits or its bot check;
  • copy, resell or rebuild syntaka's service without our written permission;
  • pretend to be syntaka or someone else.

Ending your use

  • You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Your account › Delete my account.
  • We can close or suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or that the law requires us to close.
  • Either way, the same happens to live trading:
    • your live copies stop, and the positions they opened are closed;
    • then your trading key is revoked and destroyed, so syntaka can't sign anything more for you;
    • positions you opened yourself, and your money, stay in your own Hyperliquid account. You manage them there.
  • What syntaka keeps after that, and for how long, is in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

syntaka works with services that we don't run:

  • Hyperliquid, where your orders are filled and your money is held;
  • your wallet;
  • email and push services, which deliver our messages;
  • Google and X, if you sign in with them;
  • Cloudflare, which checks for bots.

They have their own terms. They can fail or change, and we are not responsible for them. The Privacy Policy lists what each one gets.

No warranties

syntaka is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise that:

  • it is always available, or fast;
  • its data, rankings and figures are correct, complete or current;
  • an order or a copy is sent, or filled, at a given time or price.

We may pause live trading or copying for everyone, for example while we fix a problem. If syntaka is down, your orders and positions stay on Hyperliquid.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, syntaka is not liable for:

  • trading losses, including losses from copies, liquidations, and orders that were late, skipped or not filled;
  • losses caused by Hyperliquid, your wallet, or another third party;
  • lost profits, or other indirect losses;
  • losses from someone using your account or your wallet.

If syntaka is liable to you for anything else, the most it pays in total is $100.

Consumer law that can't be excluded still applies to you. Nothing in these terms takes away a right it gives you, or limits a liability that the law doesn't let us limit.

If you cause a claim against us

If someone brings a claim against syntaka because you misused syntaka, broke these terms, or broke the law, you cover what it costs us, including reasonable legal costs.

Changes to syntaka and these terms

  • syntaka changes often. We may add, change or remove features.
  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We tell you about an important change in the app or by email before it applies.
  • If you keep using syntaka after a change, you accept the new terms.
  • You can stop using syntaka and delete your account at any time.

General

  • The whole agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the invite program's rules are the whole agreement between you and syntaka.
  • If one part fails, for example because a court finds it can't apply, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a rule at once, we can still enforce it later.
